This policy explains what personal data Versatilis Pro collects, why it collects it, with whom it shares it, and what you can do about it. It was written to be read — if anything here is not clear, write to contato@versatilispro.com.br.
1.Who processes your data
The party responsible for processing personal data collected on the website versatilispro.com.br it is the Versatilis Pro Strategic Consulting.
The person responsible for the processing of personal data, pursuant to Article 41 of the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), is Marli Voss Hartmann da Silva, which can be contacted at contato@versatilispro.com.br.
2.What data we collect
No registration required
Free articles do not require registration. You can read the site’s open content without telling us anything. In this navigation, we only record the technical data described in the item “Access records”, further ahead.
Information you provide when creating your account
Only the following are required to create an account. name, email and passwordAll other fields are optional when registering — but some become necessary if you purchase a subscription, as indicated below:

About internal reports. Date of birth and sex are used to understand the profile of the audience that follows our content — for example, the distribution by age group. These reports are Aggregates: show totals and percentages, not individual profiles, and are not shared with third parties.
Commercial contact registration
In addition to the account, we created a Contact Registration with your name, email, and WhatsApp, which our team uses to track your entry and talk to you about the services. This record is created in two situations:
- when you Create an account on the site;
- when you Fill out the questions form. from the Plans page, providing name and WhatsApp to be contacted by a consultant.
In the first case, the legal basis is the legitimate interest; in the second, the consent — it is you who requests contact. In either case, you can object or revoke at any time by writing to contato@versatilispro.com.br, and the record is deleted. It is also automatically deleted when you delete your account.
Access Logs
We keep the IP address, the date and time of accesses and actions performed on your account. They serve for security — to identify unauthorized access, terminate improperly opened sessions, and investigate incidents — and to comply with article 15 of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12.965/2014).
Payment data
The charge is processed by AsaasThe card data is entered directly in their environment: do not pass through our servers and are not stored by us.We only store the record of the contracted subscription and the payment status.
3.Why we process this data
Each purpose has a legal basis, according to Article 7 of the LGPD:

4.Who We Share With
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary, with:
- Asaas — processing of subscription payments.
- ViaCEP — public address lookup. We only send the entered ZIP code, without any other data of yours.
- Artificial intelligence assistant — the content you write in the conversation is processed to generate the response.
- Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or court order.
The AI assistant does not save conversations. The history exists only while the session is open, to keep the dialogue going. When the session is closed, It is discarded. — is not stored in our systems nor used to train models.
Still, we recommend: Avoid entering confidential client or third-party data. in the conversation. See also item 6 of the Terms of Use.
5.How long do we keep

When deleting the account, your personal data are anonymized: the information that identifies you is erased, and only the records that the law requires to be kept remain, no longer linked to your person.
6.Your rights
The LGPD guarantees you, at any time, the right to:
- confirm that we process and access your data;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully;
- request data portability to another provider;
- know who we share your data with;
- revoke consent, when the legal basis is that;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You can handle most of this yourself, in the area. My Profile from the portal: consult and correct your data and delete the account. For other requests, write to contato@versatilispro.com.br — we respond within the legal deadline.
7.Security
The site operates entirely over HTTPS, passwords are stored using a hash algorithm, and administrative access is restricted by permission profiles. No system is infallible: if a security incident occurs with relevant risk to your rights, we will notify you and the National Data Protection Authority, as per article 48 of LGPD.
8.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes on the website or in legislation. Relevant changes will be announced on the website itself. This version is in effect as of 09/09/2026.
